Daniel Salguero

Managing Partner and CFO Consultant

Daniel is a dedicated Financial Controller with a proven track record of success in both the healthcare and construction industries. He currently serves as the Corporate Controller for five construction subcontractors. Additionally, he is a CFO consultant for startups and the Vice President of Accounting and Finance for a medium-sized subcontractor. His expertise lies in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Month-End Close (ME close), financial reporting, Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A), and proficiency in Vista software. He holds a CAAP from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business and earned his B.S. in Finance from San Jose State University. With a strong foundation in accounting and finance and a commitment to driving financial excellence, Daniel is passionate about contributing to the financial success of organizations and supporting their growth.

Michelle Vargas

General Partner and CEO

Michelle Vargas is the CEO of Ad Hoc Accounting Services, bringing over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As a licensed insurance professional, she has led the management of accounts with exceptional skill and dedication. Michelle’s expertise in financial management and her strategic vision have significantly contributed to the company’s success. Her leadership is characterized by a deep understanding of both insurance and accounting principles, allowing her to navigate complex financial landscapes effectively. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with a focus in Public Policy from Santa Clara University.
